Submitting a request does not create a construction contract or guarantee that Top Grade Exteriors Inc will accept a project.
Website content, advertisements, automated messages, preliminary discussions, and appointment confirmations are not final estimates or binding promises regarding price, insurance coverage, project scope, materials, completion dates, warranties, or financing.
A project-specific written agreement signed by the required parties controls the actual construction work.

You may provide information directly through our website or through advertising and lead-generation services, including:

Messages may include:
- Responses to an inspection or estimate request
- Appointment scheduling

- Requests to speak with an employee
Messages may be delivered through Twilio or another authorized communications provider.
SMS Consent
Where SMS consent is offered, the consent option must be separate, optional, and unchecked by default. You may submit a request for service without agreeing to receive automated SMS messages.
By affirmatively selecting the optional SMS consent option, you agree to receive conversational and appointment-related SMS or MMS messages from Top Grade Exteriors Inc at the telephone number you provide. Messages may be sent using an automated system or an AI-assisted appointment assistant.
Consent to receive SMS or MMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on your appointment request, your replies, and your service activity.
Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier and service plan. Top Grade Exteriors Inc is not responsible for charges imposed by your carrier.
Opting Out
You may opt out at any time by replying:
STOP
After an opt-out request, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.
You may reply:
HELP
for assistance, or contact Top Grade Exteriors Inc at 612-703-5290 or info@topgradeexteriorsinc.com.
Opting out of SMS messages does not prevent us from responding through non-SMS methods when permitted by law, including telephone calls or email.
Mobile Information
Top Grade Exteriors Inc does not sell, rent, or share mobile telephone numbers or SMS consent information with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Mobile information may be shared with service providers, such as messaging, hosting, CRM, security, and automation providers, only as reasonably necessary to operate the messaging program and provide requested services.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. AI Appointment Assistant and Automated Communications
Top Grade Exteriors Inc may use an artificial intelligence-assisted appointment assistant and other automation tools to help respond to eligible leads and schedule appointments.
The assistant may:
- Respond in English or Spanish
- Confirm the type of inspection requested
- Offer available appointment times
- Collect scheduling preferences
- Confirm, reschedule, or cancel an appointment
- Create an appointment in our CRM
- Route a conversation to an employee when human assistance is needed
The AI appointment assistant is limited to scheduling and basic customer service.
It is not authorized to make binding statements or promises concerning:
- Final prices
- Insurance coverage
- Insurance claim approval or payment
- Legal rights
- Contract terms
- Financing approval
- Credit decisions
- Warranties
- Final project scope
- Construction completion dates
- Emergency services
Questions involving these matters will be referred to an employee.
Automated responses may contain errors. An appointment is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation from Top Grade Exteriors Inc or its authorized scheduling system.
Do not use the AI assistant for emergencies. If there is an immediate threat to life or property, contact the appropriate emergency service.
8. Electronic Documents and DocuSign
Top Grade Exteriors Inc may use DocuSign or another electronic-signature provider to send estimates, contracts, change orders, authorizations, disclosures, invoices, completion documents, and related records.
When you choose to sign electronically, you consent to:
- Receive the applicable document electronically
- Review the complete document before signing
- Use an electronic signature
- Receive notices and copies electronically
- Have the signed document and related audit information stored electronically
Your electronic signature is intended to have the same effect as a handwritten signature to the extent permitted by applicable law and when legal intent and consent requirements are satisfied.
The electronic-signature provider may require separate consent and may present additional disclosures, authentication steps, or technical requirements. Those provider disclosures also apply.
You should download or print a copy of every document you sign.
You may request reasonable assistance or ask whether a paper copy is available by contacting Top Grade Exteriors Inc.
A contract is not effective until all signatures or approvals required by that particular document have been completed. An authorized Top Grade Exteriors Inc representative may apply an electronic company signature or countersignature where appropriate.
If these general Terms conflict with a signed project-specific agreement, the signed project-specific agreement controls for that project.
9. Estimates and Project Agreements
An estimate is based on the information reasonably available when it is prepared. Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, an estimate may change because of:
- Measurements or inspection results
- Hidden or previously unknown conditions
- Code requirements
- Material selection or availability
- Customer-requested changes
- Additional labor or materials
- Permit requirements
- Engineering requirements
- Insurance scope changes
- Written change orders
A preliminary estimate is not a final contract.
The signed project agreement and approved written change orders establish the final scope, price, payment schedule, responsibilities, warranties, and other project terms.
10. Insurance-Related Projects
Top Grade Exteriors Inc may assist customers with inspection information, photographs, estimates, measurements, and documentation related to an insurance claim.
Top Grade Exteriors Inc does not guarantee:

We are not your insurance company, attorney, or public adjuster unless separately licensed and expressly retained in that capacity.
You remain responsible for understanding your insurance policy and for amounts owed under your signed agreement.
11. Photographs, Files, and Documents
You may be allowed to upload or provide photographs, videos, measurements, insurance documents, property records, contracts, or other files.
By providing them, you represent that:
- You are authorized to provide the material
- The material does not violate another person’s rights
- The material is accurate to the best of your knowledge
- The material does not contain malicious software or unlawful content
You grant Top Grade Exteriors Inc permission to store, copy, review, and use the material as reasonably necessary to evaluate, schedule, document, estimate, or perform requested services.
12. Financing and GoodLeap
Top Grade Exteriors Inc may provide access to optional financing information or links, including financing that may be offered through GoodLeap or another third-party provider.
Top Grade Exteriors Inc is not a lender and does not make credit decisions.
Financing is subject to:
- A separate application
- The lender’s eligibility requirements
- Credit approval
- The lender’s rates, fees, disclosures, and agreement
- Applicable lending laws
Top Grade Exteriors Inc does not guarantee financing approval, interest rates, monthly payments, loan terms, or the availability of a particular financing product.
Your decision to apply for financing is voluntary. The lender’s terms and privacy policy govern the financing application.
13. Invoices and Payments
Invoices and payment obligations are governed by the applicable estimate, contract, invoice, or financing agreement.
If electronic payment options are made available, payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. The payment provider’s terms and privacy policy also apply.
Late fees, collection costs, or other charges apply only when stated in the applicable signed agreement or allowed by law.
14. Third-Party Platforms and Integrations

15. Privacy

Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
18. Website and Technology Disclaimer
We make reasonable efforts to keep our website and connected services accurate and available. However, we do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from delays.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, online services are provided on an “as available” basis.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, responsibility, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Top Grade Exteriors Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting solely from the use or temporary unavailability of the website, CRM, messaging system, AI assistant, or third-party integration.
This limitation does not modify obligations, warranties, remedies, or liabilities established in a signed construction agreement or imposed by applicable law.
20. Indemnification for Misuse
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims resulting from your unlawful misuse of our website or systems, your submission of material you were not authorized to provide, or your intentional violation of these Terms.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when our services, technology, integrations, or legal requirements change.
The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively after publication unless applicable law requires another form of notice or consent.
Material changes to the SMS program will not replace the need for appropriate messaging consent.
22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute concerning these website Terms will be handled by a court of competent jurisdiction in Minnesota, unless a signed project agreement or applicable law requires otherwise.
23. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
